// Well considering Cataleya spent most of her time in her own room, with her doors locked for anybody but herself, with no care to share her belongings, she is rather reserved, she doesn't like to share, if she bought it with her money, it's hers, if it's low on supply and she got it fair and square, then losers are weepers because she got it fair and square, why should she share it with other people?? Survival of the fittest.

My absolute favorite city of all time is BERLIN, no ifs ands or buts about it! 🙌

I would go back in a heartbeat and if I ever had to relocate abroad, that would be my #1 new hometown for sure! 🇩🇪

It's def not the prettiest (it's actually quite gritty) but it has so much character and history that it all makes up for the lack of picturesque houses and whatnot! 🤷🏼‍♀️

And the food...

And I suppose one might assume that you'd get the best pizza in the world in Italy, but actually the best pizza I've ever eaten was at a random pizza parlor at the Haubtbahnhof in Potsdam, Germany! 🍕🤤

And Paris obvs is always Paris... 😍

But the thing is that Parisians are so posh and elegant that I sometimes felt quite inadequate and raggedy there... 🫣😭

But on the other hand the French are a lot more friendly than one might expect from the stereotypes! Or at least they were around the Mulhouse/Colmar/Strasbourg area I visited a few weeks ago! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Everyone spoke English at least enough to get by, and I got more "bonjour, madame's" from bus drivers and cashiers than I have ever gotten even at home! 🤷🏼‍♀️

My "pro tip" for Euro travel is def this: if you're not hellbent on spending a whole week in one place (which obvs would be great too cos you'd get a lot more indepth vibes of that place that way), then get cheap flights to a city that's nearby the places you might wanna visit cos often flights/hotels are a lot cheaper that way.

For example: you wanna visit Paris? Instead of getting flights to De Gaulle and a hotel in Paris, why not instead get flights to Brussels and just visit Paris by train for a day? 🤷🏼‍♀️

It's only 1.5h by train so even just 1 day would give you plenty of time to roam around, and hotels can be a lot cheaper in Brussels. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Also from Brussels you can easily visit Bruges, Antwerp, Amsterdam etc. by day too! 🚄

Same with Venice: don't book an over-priced hotel there, but instead stay in Milan and visit Venice (and Firenze, Pisa, maybe even Rome) by day! 🤷🏼‍♀️

🍄 How do you come up with ideas for your stories?

Most of the time a scene or a line of dialogue will just Appear in my brain. Like a tv show and it’ll play over and over and over until I write it out and if I don’t it will haunt me forever and drive me insane. Half the time there is no like source for the idea it is just There. But a lot of the other times an idea pops up because of a song lyric or another piece of media or a prompt occasionally!! Sometimes I’ll hear a quote that sparks some inspiration!! But really the idea will appear and idk where the fuck it came from but I do know it’s not leaving me alone !!

🥕What's your favorite fic you've written, and why?

I can’t choose they’re my children. I am incredibly happy with I Said Remember This Moment though, because it got me back into the hang of actually completing fics. Also when I reread it I still get all mushy about the one scene so it’s special to me that it still makes me feel all gooey inside🥹

🍕 What's your favorite comment you've received on a fic?

every comment that’s long and rambly and lists their favorite things or quotes me back at me😭 also anytime I get a “fuck you (affectionate)” in a comment my heart grows three sizes 😌 ALSO once someone told me they specifically loved the way I wrote Rebecca’s voice which is such a beautiful honor honestly

🍔 What's a headcanon that hasn't made it into a published fic yet?

Whenever I’m put on the spot I suddenly feel as though I have never thought of a headcanon before in my life….. I do have a million and one thoughts on Rebecca Welton & Motherhood that I’ve not yet really articulated in a fic. So like that I suppose?

🍭 What's been your most challenging story to write, and why?

Out of the ones I’ve posted, Little Taste of Heaven simply because I’ve never written anything explicit before! But out of the ones I’ve not yet finished, my soulmate dreams au is proving to be Impossible because I have over-planned/over-outlined it and that makes it so so hard for me to write.

🍬 What's a genre/trope you've never written, but might in future?

I’d love to write a time loop type fic!! Or a Christmas Carol au!! I want to drive characters insane by making them think about their life choices over and over again <3 and I feel like both those would give me the opportunity!!

Tortured? My cousin. You had to be there to know. I wrote about it before. Maybe I should have been more giving financially. I think it was 2011? My mom bought a tv 📺 and wanted cable for it. I told her if she got that I would become addicted and I would not get reading 📖 done. I hmmm 🤔 am I wrong about it being 2011? Maybe it was after the lay off. I remember it was October coincidentally someone’s birthday 🎂 that I didn’t talk to anymore. Maybe the tv 📺 was b4, and the cable was a lot later? Anyway, I guess incubus wanted me to pay 💰 for my cousin’s dinners maybe more. I remember sometime btwn august? September? 2011 and November? 2014 b4 moving in together my aunt over the phone ☎️ asks for math 🧮 homework 📚 help to get my cousin’s homework done. I remember her tone grumbly? Communicated to me with her words that I was obligated to and it was my responsibility to help with it. It seemed at the time that she was getting it done for her? Bcz she was not at our place I’m thinking Bcz I don’t remember the math 🧮 questions that maybe this was after my cousin punched me very strongly amazingly, painfully in the head that renewed and extended my troubles again from my previous trauma/concussions? We never lived in Oakland but he moved close to it. I guess in that way we were lucky 🍀. When my mom separated from my dad she initially moved us into a neighborhood that had one bedroom apartments. 10:33 am pdt when I went w/o regular tv 📺 that time and hearing the same movie 🎥 played all day long, & trying 2 abstain from dating 2 abstain from s*x, & baby sitting 🪑, & thinking about transferring 2 university, & battling w/ my eczema, maybe 🤔 it was all a little too much 2 deal with for me at the time? & having most of the living room taken up by them and I think I remember they also stayed up late. This is the same pair that was noisy in 2015, same aunt I yelled at then 4 being noisy while I had difficulty sleeping 😴 bcz of burnt 🥵 chocolate 🍫 cake 🎂 from Buca di Beppo. 10:40 am pdt my mom says she is different from everybody and when she was a kid she escaped doing chores and hanged out all day with friends instead of helping. They said she usually complained of tummy aches? But she always says now a days that she was a chubby kid. I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ why. I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ if she had diabetes or if she was well fed and lazy. I grew up looking looking anorexic in some pictures and in some pictures my mom looked very thin probably overworked overwhelmed as a young adult while my aunt was smiling and chubby. Some pictures my mom put on healthy weight. But she said she rarely went out and had fun bcz she usually got in trouble if she was caught trying to have fun/go outside bcz she would usually get caught attempting to go out while the other siblings seemed to get away somehow sometimes. My mom bought a sandwich 🥪 4 me & it came with complimentary candy 🍭 and she told me this in an effort to win it from me? So I let her have it. I did not realize the harm I might have been causing to allow her to have it. I’ve only experienced pre-diabetes these last 2 years of my life. Last 2. Yeah maybe I will die soon. And she ate it. My cousin looks innocent the way she speaks and her face the way it looks. But you have to remember, and I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ why, if she really had diarrhea from ALL vegetables, and she ate a whole big pizza 🍕 by herself. Some thing about the way she said it painted a picture in my mind that it might have been a pizza big enough to share btwn 2+ people. My aunt is a good cook. She has baked vegetables before at our place when she was a toddler. She used to have constipation and look 👀 through her purse for chocolate 🍫 constipation medicine. In high school 🏫 I thought my gut stuck out too much so I was usually uncomfortably holding in my tummy consciously and it became automatic that later in when I started thinking it was unhealthy to do that I had to consciously let my tummy be with out trying to suck it in.
